So here's the story. MC Hammer signs with Death Row Records and records an album. One of the songs recorded was a song with 2Pac called Too Late Playa. Then 2Pac gets shot and killed and soon afterwards Hammer leaves the label. The album he recorded never (officially) sees the light of day.
He then starts devoting more time to God and in 1998 he releases Family Affair, a 2-disc set of gospel songs that sells very poorly. This song off of Family Affair is called Big Man and is a reworking of Too Late Playa which incorporates religious themes but also changes the subject matter entirely and lacks 2Pac. Enjoy.
The picture on screen is the only picture of Family Affair's cover I've seen surface on the internet. If you're one of the fifty people who owns Family Affair, please please please PLEEEAAASSSEEE scan the cover and post it on the Internet. I would highly appreciate it.
I remember seeing a live performance to this. lol
I think this was on TBN or something back in '98.
