how muchshould u tip at dinner and at the bar? idk what is acceptable....also are there reg vendors around the resort? I want to try some real off the grill jerk from the regular vendors

@sarahpinker NOT true. The employees are not allowed to stay anywhere in the hotel after their shift is over!

jamaica is actually not that poor. the people that work at the breezes trelawny also get to stay there, all there rooms are on the first floor. and they get to eat allll the food they want. But hey, if it makes ya fell good..........

You never have to tip. It is all inclusive. It is just something I feel good about doing because the people there make so little and an American dollar seems to mean so much to them. So when I go to Jamaica and/or the Dominican Republic, I always bring tip money. It is just something I want to do and it makes me feel good to help them. Do not feel obligated, and do not feel that the employees expect you to tip them.

Have and blast! Bring small cash for tips and really take the time to enjoy the staff. They go out of their way to make your stay fabulous!
