  • Did ken say at the beginning to Raquel 'there you go your not a complete knobhead' ?

  • So sweet to see Ena and Elsie bonding and talking about the importance of memories. Their rivalry always did originate from their mutual respect of one another, albeit one that they couldn't bring themselves to admit - even to themselves. It's a very real little scene that finally allows the pair to lay their animosity to rest and it's all the more poignant considering that Violet Carson left not long after... An age that was dead before I was born, and one that I feel strangely nostalgic for...

  • @SuperConzo Think was something like Ken will you go you to bed with me Lol, still remember that episode from when i was child and Ken's face said it all.

  • @NathLloyd1 Yeah there was mutual respect between the two characters and this was great scene filmed in Elsie's living room in 1980, shortly before Ena Sharples would leave for what viewers thought was just another break from the show, but sadly it was the last time viewers would see that famous hairnet ever again on screen as Violet Carson suffered from bad health in real life and had to be written out permantly.
