If that was the more recent nuke pack 4, EVERYONE in the map is DEAD (it's gonna destroy anything you welded, frozen whatever). The only real defense against something like that would be a heckuvalot of stuff between you and the nuke. Detonate the nuke on the corner of the map, you'll die in the opposite corner (lol, I was blown off the map as I recall)

Depends on the yield, not to mention the source engine doesn't allowed incinerated objects or damaged surface so you can't really see the real destruction of a nuke this size.
