1st shot with pitching wedge = creamed

1st shot with 7 iron = shank

1st shot with hybrid = cut

1st shot with driver = duck hook

When you stand that close +/- have hands too low you can only hit fades as your hands will be in front of the ball and you will cut across. The shots and swings are fine though. Try messing around with distance from ball and see what happens.

not the worst shots , get in the gym, stand farther away from the ball but there is nothing wrong with cutting the ball, some of the best players do
