That was a dangerous and thoughtless pass. I guess one question you need to ask yourself is how would you feel if you found out that this driver did kill someone in the future?
BTW, when magnatom was in a similar situation he was advised to take his video down until the legal process had finished.

@germanicdogman Which is worst? POssibility of trouble which I doubt would happen or you or someone else being killed? I would have done the statement without a second thought and I would let the company know as well. As them who there insurers are as you want them informed about their increased level of risk exposure. That should get a reaction for sure :)

@germanicdogman Tricky, but how much more trouble could you get, the driver could have killed you, once it is official the driver will be in some serious shit if there is any retribution, and if you do nothing the driver will continue driving like a twat, and may actually hit you next time.

@germanicdogman The overtake was obviously shocking. If that happened to me i would have been raging, i would have reported him to the police with the intention of them having a word with him. The fact that he turned off seconds later changes things for me. Definitely take things further! I hope you get him off the road before he does kill someone. What an ignorant piece of work he must be.
