Corporations are considered persons as a legal fiction for the purpose of being able to convict them under the laws. If they have that person status removed people will not be able to sue them in a court of law. It's that simple. People form corps to avoid being sued as individuals and that is all. Want to reform the system? Make it illegal for any corporation to contribute to any political party. Make it that only "natural" individual persons can contribute and they must make it publicly known
