Following on from his debut release 'Mathematics', Cherry Ghost is back with a new single 'People Help The People'.

After the gentle bittersweet melancholia of his debut single 'Mathematics', Cherry Ghost shows a more passionate side with his single, 'People Help The People' on Heavenly Recordings.

Theme-wise it's firmly rooted in trademark Cherry Ghost territory -- a lament by the perennial outsider looking for a home. With it's anthemic chorus, soaring strings and piano and Aldred's rough-diamond vocals 'People Help The People' is a lyrically sophisticated song that combines poetry and rousing melody to create music with both drama and darkness. It also cements Cherry Ghost's knack of creating songs based on personal stories that have universal appeal.
