This is a tutorial on how to get missing npc's back in Fallout 3. This works on Xbox 360 and PS3. I deleted my previous video and made a better one.

@aperson30 Yeah, they're pretty frustrating. The chance of your Fallout 3 save becoming corrupted is fairly slim, but compared to other most other 360 games, it's a lot more common than it should be.

@deviantinvader file corruptions? that can happen in any game, ive actually had my save data for gears 3 corrupted recently, i had to restart the campaign : (.

@aperson30 Biggest glitch? I'm guessing you haven't had a corrupted save file yet.
Long story short, some save files will randomly glitch and become corrupted/unplayable. It can happen to any person's save file at any time and there's no way to correct the issue.

@TheNotoriousEze Most of the map is invisible (as in the map you're walking on, not the one in your Pip Boy). If you get stuck by an invisible obstacle (which is pretty easy to do), then you might be SOL and have to start over multiple times.
It doesn't matter at this point, though. You responded to a comment that was left on here over a month ago. My Lucy West wasn't at the school, but I did I end up finding her dead body shortly after I posted on here. Gotta love glitches.

Thanks for the tutorial! I was able to do this and get Walter back! He was north of the school and not on any kind of land, it was just gray. I punched him and he ran back!
