So I was digging through a box of junk, and found an old video tape from back when I was in college. The year was 1994 and I was attending Northwest Technical College in Moorhead, MN (it's now called Minnesota State Community and Technical College). Every year for a mid-term break there was a school wide party put on called Sno-Daze. The different departments hosted miscellaneous events. I was part of the electronics program, and we hosted a jam session in the auditorium. Anyone from the facility or student body was invited to perform. In 1994 one performance stood out from the others. A rap version of Old MacDonald sung by commercial art student Dan Fuka. The only others I could recognize on stage besides Dan, were the two guys at the far right of the stage with guitars. They were electronics instructor Dean Johnson and counselor Ted Guerrero. Much of the song was improvised while being performed.
we are going to be in a parade this weekend and we wanted to see if we could get a copy of this to play on our float?

I was there for this. It was most awesome. Dean Johnson's sister sang at my wedding once upon a time.

This band is "THE REVS" at a jam session. I know because I was the drummer! Here's the line-up:
Dan Fuka - Vocals, Guitar
Pete Johnson - Drums
Keith Johnson - Bass
Ted Guerrero - Guitar
Extra non-Revs are:
Unknown guy - Acoustic Guitar (on left)
Dean Johnson- Guitar
The above review states "Much of the song was improvised." Actually this is worked out and we played it every night in The Revs. We hated rap so we thought THIS thing up and people seemed to like it, so we kept it. - PJ
