I'd agree with others that this is probably the best demo as far as accuracy on the 'Tube. I still recommend the book by T.K. Shih though, not least because it has several good ancillary practices.
Question for Nando Raynolds if you check this page: when you practice do you always start at the left side or do you alternate left and right? Thanks for a great upload.
