Bent MacBook Pro - My Biggest Complaint

Fantastic video. As a sales manager at past jobs, he should have gone out of his way to be more accepting of your concern, offered to seek his manager to appease you and the other guy... I can't believe he corrected you on a way he worded the same damn thing you said. He's no lawyer. He works at an Apple Store for less than 10 dollars an hour. He's probably never even heard of a Bar Exam. Btw, the Ti-Books did the same thing. The plastic separates from the metal. :(

Yeah, because why should he complain when his computer becomes broken because of a manufacturing error?

He should just shut up and let the 'genious' get on with his job; telling people it's their fault their computer stopped working.

hey Coolerdude44, personally I'd go for the imac 24 3.06 extreme . I have the 24'' imac and have been very happy with it, the macbook pro's are over priced the imac's are better value for money and being desktops these are better spec'd up and have better expandablity options. btw I use a cheapo acer aspire 7520 17'' lappy for £299 or $500! ,they are more sturdy than my old powerbook 17'' crap . and if it gets stolen at that price who cares . ;-)
