This is the theme of the SOLDIERs as they fought Jenova's power over them, and fail.
Angeal told Zack he was losing his grip on reality, and had Zack kill him. Genesis degraded physically and mentally, warning Zack that he was a monster, but trying to seek the godess for help. Sephiroth lost it after he came in contact with Jenova. He was uneasy in Nibelheim, and lost it after everything he knew turned out to be lies.
None of them deserved that agony of losing their minds.

I got the sheet music for it already and i' practicing it now. The counting is a nightmare: you have to kinda listen to the song itself to get the counting if you're bad at counting like I am :). I think this song matches Genesis... because as we all know, Genesis was not only the most screwed up character (personality wise), and one of the hardest people to beat (boss wise), but he could also be seen as the creepiest (besides Sephiroth at Neibelhiem, of course).
