  • So how do I keep my wrists from gettig all banged up?

  • Perfect your technique before you begin doing snatches for high reps. Basically, outrun the bell as it approaches lockout and lock your wrist in neutral. Don't allow the wrist to bend back as you would in a barbell snatch.

  • well i can see ou posted this some time ago so maybe your doing a little better? You appear to be in really good condition so kudos..... however your snatches dont look so great to me. Your not using your legs enough (too much bending at the hips) and you need to incorporate more of a high pull (that kettlebell should stay close to your body in one smooth motion) yours was swinging out pretty far away from you. So ultimately too much upper body, condition legs and pop hips more and ur #s 2x
