@LadySakure I got kind of the same effect from the old Hydroxycut Hardcore. But it f&c#ing felt like it tickled my butthole. That is some sick sh%t if you ask me. As soon as I stopped taking it, the strange side effect stopped. I´m never touching fatburners from Muscletech again!

@xxjaystarszxx First off, do you work out? If you're metabolism is fast, then there are ways to change that. Building muscle takes time, just realize you're not going to get big in just one month. Start lifting weights and gradually move onto heavier weights on a weekly basis. The problem with most people is they never get past their pain threshold to actually continue weightlifting. Start out with light weights you're first week, when you feel confident, bump up 5-10 lbs every week or two.

There is way more than 50 mgs of caffeine in a cup of coffee. Your looking at 100+.

@steghouse Yeah my mistake. That was actually based on what the rep at GNC said, based on a cup of coffee being 8 o.z. But let's face it, how often do you drink an 8 o.z. coffee?

You didn't really mention if this product is a good fat burner lets say compared to OxyElite Pro

@johnsonious2 I haven't used any other fat burners other than Xenadrine (when it contained ephedra), so I really have nothing to compare to it yet. I will be getting some oxyelite pro and will be making a review of that soon.
