On our road trip from Toronto to Vancouver (Sep. 1 to Sep. 3, 2010), we used a DSLR camera to take photographs of the vanishing point of the road on the horizon seen through the windshield of our truck at roughly 2-3 minute intervals We combined these 2663 pictures into a kick-ass time-lapse video.
