Have you had the scene with Rosetta (not really a scene, just her talking) where she mentions the moondrops? You can't actually meet Iris until after Rosetta mentions them, then replant and wait until totally bloom (also, did you plant them in the patch right outside the tower?), and the Iris will come out, and actually take notice to you. Then you can go in at all times, just she'll only be up after 6PM.

this is rlly good 8D btw have u met the white iris yet...?ive planted the moondrop flowers and go there *usually after 6:30, 7* and the clip comes up but it wont let me go in ._.

that's generation 2 in RF 2, you have to built the school and have gotten married in order to see that scene.
