Girls who get pregnant in the Sea Org are given two options:
a) Abort 'voluntarily' the pregnancy
b) Get fired
If they decide option (b) they will bill you for the full price of all services done while on staff usually $50,000 – $300,000. Their husband will be pressured to divorce them, so that he can remain on staff. Your friends will disconnect from you.
WHY? Kids are a distraction for staff and expensive to the organizations.

Maybe that's why this isn't an Olympic sport. Olympic sports are meant to be grueling and competitive, not fun. I'm not saying it's right; that's just my hypothesis.
