Governments (not just Hungarian) spending too much money to MS while there are many other free/cheaper alternatives. Usually they don't even count with alternative solutions. It's ok if companies spending own (private) money this way, but not ok with the money got from taxes. Maybe the guy translated this to simple stealing and corruption. It's evergreen dilemma. Not just in Hungary.
