This page is dedicated to "The Personal Development Practise club" a regular event I am running.

This event is run on a monthly basis and open to all who wish to create more freedom, choice and options in their life. It will be run in the Middlesex area and also in a Central London venue soon.

Q - So, what is "The Personal Development Practise club"?

Well, it's a club where you can -

1. Network/socialise with other like minded individuals, possibly find someone who could be of use to you, or vice versa, in a work or personal context.

You may find new friends, friends from a group that have some of the same interests as you.

2. Accountability -

Have you been trying to achieve something in your life?

pursue a passion?
change your job?
start that business?
get fit?
start eating healthier?
start a relationship?
improve your communication skills?

but you find that you lose steam because of temporary setbacks and just go back to your old ways, leaving "that something" to the side for "another day", when you have "more time". All the while yearning for "that something" to happen, because you know it will change your life, for the better. Sound familiar?

Well at this club you have the opportunity to declare what you want to achieve, to an audience of supportive like minded individuals.

Have you ever had "that experience" of telling someone you are going to do something and then "feel really compelled" to do "that thing" because you've made a commitment? because you want to show that "you can do what you commit to"!! or maybe because you don't want to let them down!!

Well this is the same thing, declare your goals, objectives and things you want to achieve "to the group".

Your goals are recorded, and you're filmed making the commitment, then the group check up on you the next time we meet.

How will you feel updating everyone on your progress, if you haven't made any progress?

In the meantime all the members of the club can collect on the fan page, to converse, share ideas, thoughts and continue networking.

3. Develop, Practise and condition new behaviours in a safe relaxed learning environment -

In your busy life, when do you get the opportunity to reflect and decide on changes you would like to make?

It's hard to make the time in your own life when you're constantly living in it.

Here, You get the chance to e.g. pretend to be someone you really admire, like the most confident person you know of and pretend to be that person as you take part in the event. Just to see what it's like to be e.g really, super super confident. You practise this behaviour in a safe learning environment and allow it to become part of your natural behaviour, when you get a positive result from it. Sound interesting? Sound useful?

To summarise, this is a club about you, for you, so come along and make it work, for you!!!
