The way i interpret it is that you need to be concentrating in the case of an emergency and you need to evacuate. You wouldn't hear them if you were listening to music or playing on a PSP or whatever. Thoughts?

@eherson lol, thousands of people record flight videos such as this. are you gonna go around yelling at all of them? It's a hobby.

I am REALLY happy that you shut off your electronic device like the flight attendant told you to. Instead of the FAA going after pilots when they film in the cockpit maybe they should go after passengers that don't follow simple instructions.

@zecatub Jetblue doesnt own any E195s. The only reason Neelemen "likes" the Embraers is because hes Brazilian.

Lately Jetblue has aquired many Embraer 190,195 from Brazil, and I much prefer those than the A320 or 319. They are quieter!!
Also David Neeleman, the founder of Jetblue like the Embraers so much he is planning on opening a new low-cost carrier in Brazil in 2009.

no you dont have to turn off cameras or camcorders.... just stuff that have wireless signal such as laptops, cell phones, and flash cameras...
