Theme song was sung by a 5-voice group (2 women, 3 men) called "The Skip Jacks." They also recorded radio station ID jingles during this time period. I have two LPs of their music...recordings of pop/jazz standards of the day...on the RCA label (1959). Their harmonies are terrific. A gentleman named Will Bronson assembled the group.

Creator Sidney Sheldon's original idea was for Patty and Cathy to be identical SISTERS, but original producer William Asher nixed that idea in favor of "cousins".

The ability to tell the difference between "lose" and "loose"?

I had such a crush on Patty watching this show as a kid! Good stuff back then, nothing like today.

    It says "The Hotdog."

Also, since a minuet is a type of dance, why the fuck which is more likely: they are talking about the DANCE the hot dog, or are they talking about eating a damn wiener?
