@thevampirefrog06 I liked the homage that "Roseanne" payed to this with the "Nearly Identical Beckys" skit - the music was spot on & they even used the same image transitions (and dodgy split screen - haha!)!

I think Patty Duke as Cathy and Patty in the first season (I give a slight edge to Cathy Lane) were prettier than Cathy/Patty in seasons 2 or 3.

The writers of this episode, Ray Singer and Dick Chevillat, co-wrote the hilarious "PHIL HARRIS-ALICE FAYE SHOW" for radio from 1948 through 1952. Later, they wrote and produced "IT'S A GREAT LIFE" (1954-'56), and Chevillat co-wrote numerous episodes of "GREEN ACRES" with Jay Sommers in the '60s.

I watched this show when I was a little kid, and loved it. We even found the board game based on the show which we never bothered to play.

I loved this show when it first aired! I used to watch it every chance I got until it was taken off the air.
