Flashed on the Train - 3

This video is a trimmed-down version of a much longer flash. For most of the time this girl sat "sideways" to the flasher and refused to look at him, and that part of the original clip has been deleted. And then suddenly (at 21 seconds on this video) she turns to face the flasher direct, and now she starts looking at him fairly blatantly. Why the sudden change??
