man vietnamese think their city hcm is great but in fact, the more they build the more flooding the street become. sad........ a city with tall building doesn't prove anything. a city that is smooth in traffic, air, good healthcare, no sewer smell, less flooding, no cops corruptions, more hositpals, more social welfare to the people .. The government need to do more to care for the people , not just build buildings and show it on youtube.

@iamgod604 Yeah, this city stinks and nothing works. Illiteracy, health care and other social problems hanging in the air. A feeling of frustration prevail. Instead of concentrating her meager resources in developing a society for the people, the government invest heavily in military hardware to intimidate their IndoChinese neighbors, Percival Islands(belong to China) in the South China Sea and heavily armed troops along their northern border with China. It is a mission impossible and doomed.

the problems vietnam face are the traffic maniac , the street flooding with just a heavy rain for 2 hours. The street hawkers trying to sell you everything(too many of them, elders, kids). The low value apartment being build while is not good quality, the  pollutions, the sewer smell on some street, the traffic cops corruptions, (I mean corruptions are everywhere). The hospitals even corrupted. It will be a hard task to clean up all the mess in hcm.
