  • I like the idea. But sometimes when a great idea comes along for a start-up. You cant wait for 1 year to get to know each other. Especially when its and idea thats easy to copy. And the only way to secure it is by beeing the first and becoming a market leader. Also the people have to talk with you about the idea so you have to give them a garantee that the idea is safe with you. Especially if it hasnt been exectuded already.
