Kerry Blockade - January 21st 2012 - Queensland Police Trespass on Farmers Private Property

Police trespass and enter the area where the blockade protesters were camping, the farmer never gave police permission to enter his property.

For police to enter your property under law they have to either, be invited, to serve paperwork, or have a complaint from someone, or see and are a responding to a crime in action taking place.

The police trespassed numerous times, this is the second occurrence of them trespassing. One of the blockaders parked there car in the path of the driveway so we could capture the evidence.

why were the paddy wagon doors open- you would have to wonder why - more intimidation - meaning they were threatening to arrest someone?
