Dolt drives foot out door window Surrey BC

I wasn't holding the camera as I filmed this. My camera attaches to the dashboard with velcro. Driving with her left foot outside the driver's door window. The "N" means new driver. Sept 11th, 2007 southbound 132nd St., Surrey BC.

Are you sure that it's the driver doing this and not the passenger sitting in the back seat behind her? If it is the driver, report her in to the RCMP along with her license plate # and this video clip with details as to location, date, time, ect. Hell if you really wanna get her, send it in to the various news stations too!

When I showed this to the police they told me that unless they saw it happen, the person couldn't be ticketed. They sent her a warning letter but otherwise, that's all they can do.
