The Importance of Sleep in College

A short informational video I did as part of an outreach project for a psychology class at UC Berkeley.

Most of the footage was shot with a Nikon D7000, and some was shot with a D3100. Sound was from the in camera mics, and video was edited in Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.

This society only believes n work, work, work even if it kills u. The problem is the professors giving so much work but thats not gunna change so no wonder why college students r sleep deprived.
