Nick Myerhoff bought this investment property in 2011 for $162,500 as a short sale. The property was in terrible shape but Nick rehabilitated the building's interior with granite counter tops and pergo flooring. He purchased many of the materials at Reuse, using recycled materials and hiring local workers. The property is now completely rented and generating cash flow. This small apartment building was a great find but took a lot of creativity and imagination to create a great final product. The property is still undergoing exterior upgrading and the huge yard needs to be worked on.
