i also have a few question. 1-i am trying to can sheep tongue and feet also caw feet and tongue but I like to cook it fully for 5 hours(slow cook) , once cooking has done do I have to use 10 pound of pressure or 15 and for how long?
2-do I have to wash all my cans as it comes from factory and I am planning to do 1000 cans I was told by factory that it has to layer of costing on it so dose it has to be sterilized?
3-meat with bone can be used for canning.thanks
