He has put in more hours than me, and 'better' than you and me, depends what you class better I know people that would class Seasick Steve a better guitarist than JP because JP just wanks off on the fretboard, but Seastick Steve makes music that is better to them on the guitar...could be said he plays 'better' than Hendrix/Jeff Beck because of technique..but he doesn't have shit on them two...

@Ardolino21 You clear no nothing of JP and his playing. If you hate JP why watch a video on him? :s Bit sad isnt it watch something you would enjoy instead. And he is one of the most iconic guitar players of all time. And for showing how little i know about music. What are you on about man? i do a full time music course and am going to be doing a uni degree next year in it. I think i know my fair share of music dude. :)

@Ouijack170 totally wrong. He cannot deliver any genre of music...at all. Show me him playing some funky stuff, or actually bluesy stuff, not generic fast rock blues, or jazz, or soul....its boring generic guitar playing. Im guessing you play guitar, and If you think he can deliver any genre of music, better than anyone...you must clearly know little of music. Sorry.

@Ardolino21 idiot john petrucci has more talent in his lil finger than most modern guitar players these days. He can deliver any genre of music within his songs and his ability to play is above anyones.
