Pretty simple- when the Walleye are all gone we will eat the people that net them -Red Green-Yellow- Blue-White-Black-Does not matter -If anyone on the face of this earth thinks they should be allowed to net fish-guess what they will eventually be gone-Don't take more than what you can eat.Thats why its called a daily bag limit.

I do not have a problem with the native americans netting but do it like their ancestors. Get out in a canoe with a 10 foot net. Not in 200 hp boats and 200 foot nets during spawning time. It is sad to see.
