THIS AMERICA - An African Immigrant In New York City

An African comes to New York for a short vacation. Before he settles down to enjoy the good times of New York City, things happen rather too quickly in Nigeria, forcing him to stay back in New York caught between starting life afresh and going back to his top-Executive pleasures in Nigeria at the risk of his life, he reluctantly begins considering to settle in New York City. However, the experience of his cousin who has lived in New York for more than 15 years without succeeding in his many attempts to get the US green card, gives him an insight of what he is bound to encounter as an immigrant in New York. Left with no choice, he tries to take his chance in making a living in New York City but his encounters make him wonder about this America for between his gun packing and violent neighbors, mistaken arrests by the Police and his domestically abusive wife who also packs a gun like a gangster, he was in for a true culture shock...

As I've said, we have always had cordial and sympathetic relations with African immigrants here in the US, overall. Before, during and after the Civil Rights Movement, africans and US Africanos mingled fraternally. Many inter-married. I myself was persued by one or two lovely sisters from the The Motherland. And hundreds of thousands of A.A.s live and do buiness there. Many of us have opened our humble abodes to needy immigrants and offerd aid to their families with no thought of restitution!

If this is going on to any signifcant extent in England, then I would tell Africans to GET THE F@$&5K OUT, QUICK!!! Britain is duplicious in its so-called welcoming attitude of dark-skinned foreigners; Always has been! Besides making you the donnybrook for societal ills, they'll try to incarerate Africans for the prison industrial complex before they deport you. Just like they do in the US and in Isreal! Oh, you didn't know Israel had sumptin' bad for African refugees and Ethiopian immigrants?
