Look, you obviously don't want to engage me in public discourse about your methodology...that's a given. Our field is littered with non critical thinkers that have managed to parrot back what they've been taught by their college professor's...this helps no one get better. I'm not looking to sing Kumbaya with you...none of the 5 star ratings will make you better...think about it. ..I admire the fact that you're out there---Now you're really out there....Lets keep this dialogue going.

Look Dude, I think you mean well...First of all, put your shirt on. The unsuspecting public associates how you look with what you know....WHICH, isn't much. The angle of pressure is forcing resistance to be displaced onto the medial head, NOT the rear head. At first you started w/ elbows down, which was frontal head contraction...then you rotated the elbows up and out forcing the resistance to be displaced across the medial head. BAD advice for rear delt work...Learn to think CRITICALLY!

Scott man, I really appreciate the videos you post... and I noticed you're being nice and trying to get back to all the comments that people post but as soon as this channel gets picked up and you get like 20,000 comments every video, how the hell you gonna keep up man!?
You should never have to apologize to your straight fans for your photos or anything you do.
If your straight fans are giving you crap about your photos well they were never a fan in the first place.
You don't owe ANYONE anything !
if they don't accept it well, they need to move on cause they were never a real fan or friend or anything!
Be who you are which is REAL and never Apologize for that !
