The story at :36 - the government doesn't "own a majority" of a thing, since Barry used OUR money - NOT THEIRS - to bail GM and Chrysler out.

Actually, since the blue screen behind the desk is down, this does look like it's one done after the show has started in New York to an affiliate station further West, where the show hasn't started yet. (It gets confusing, this time zone stuff.)
