I am the last of 7 kids in my family. My grandmother babysat me while my parents worked. I was fortunate enough to buy a house right next to her when I got married. She was my rock and hero. Thank you for this song, she has been gone for 15 years and I can still feel her near me.

dangg..i lost my grandma july 4,2009..my whole family was in the hospital room when she died..my grandma was truly my best friend,i told her everything..i miss her so much!! this is my first time hearing this song and im crying!! it reminds me exactly of herr!! i love this songg!! This song helps me remember my Great Grand mother, who we called Muzz. She just died in October of 2008. My whole family was at her bedside in the hospital. We watched her take her last breaths of air before she passed on and it is so hard for me to let go. I just want to thank Kellie Pickler for making this song because I can relate to it so much. It was like she took the words right out of my mouth so Thank you.
