An old hymn about the new birth! Solid Rock Baptist Church, Calhoun TN, August 5 2011. Praise the Lord, a young man found out about that new birth after the singing that night!
Why did you guys change the words in the hymn? The last verse you sing "Oh sinner seek the Lord, REPENT OF ALL YOUR SIN, For thus he hath COMMANDED for you to enter in." - the actual hymn is "Oh sinner seek the Lord, BE CLEANSED OF ALL YOUR SIN, For thus he hath PROVIDED for you to enter in." I don't know if you're aware of this, but that's a heresy. Christ doesn't command us to repent of all our sins (that would be works)! By GRACE we are saved, not by works lest any man should boast.

I got 'conned' into singing this song from stage by my lovely wife here recently. It's a great story, I'll tell it to you when you're in town
