Jim Norman for State Senate - Investigation about Vacation Home reveals

Jim Norman for State Senate, Jim Norman for Florida Senate, County Commissioner Jim Norman, who's running for the Florida Senate District 12, is being asked some pretty tough questions about where the money came from to buy a lake home in a resort community and that he owns 2 boats on the property, neither of which were accounted for on his financial disclosures.

The house was paid for with no mortgage and it was put in his wife's name. Norman tries to explain that his wife is an investor but that he does not involve himself in her affairs so he knows nothing about where the $435,000 to pay for the house outright came from.

Based on Norman's comments, local real estate legal expert Alan Fields said Norman's explanation that the vacation home was bought as an investment and that there are investors is "implausible."
