  • Elliot im a huge fan! Im gettin your program this thursday for my birthday ! cant wait to learn what you guys discovered :D

  • Look at CrossFit Metcons (aka Metabolic Conditioning)- ~Significant Muscular Efforts for ~extended duration. Generally the characteristics are: 1. High Heart Rate 2. Simultaneous Use of Many Muscles 3. Continuous Movement 4. Short to Medium Time (5-30 min) Example Workout(scale weight to current strength): Run 400m 20 deadlifts @225 20 Hang Cleans@135 20 Push presses (jerks) Repeat for 5 Sets (scale sets back based on current ability).
  • DUDE! YOUR A FUCKEN BEAST!!!

  • how do you know which type of muscle fiber you use the most, type one or type two?

  • @Manuelcr7 ISSA hand book has type 2c which I could not find on the internet

  • i never heard that type3 fibres exists. If i google muscle fibre typs. I will find only articles with type1 and type2a and 2b fibres. And type1 fibres are red not white! (proven by pictures)

And the differents between them is type2b produce higher forces in shorter times. That is what i learnd from the internet. What do you think? Think about it. It could be possible that much of this stuff is false or bullsh..

I'm always searching for reasons and relationships.

  • the old man at the end of the video looked scared
