Speed of Sound LLC CNC panels for Ford Mustangs

Memphis, TN-based Speed of Sound LLC markets a popular line of interior A-pillar gauge pods for the Ford Mustang. As the company grew, additional CNC equipment was added to provide a unique, premium line of products.

This clip shows various video segments of customer-specified panels. Each version is made-to-order, or can be had in basic standard configurations.

For the CNC enthusiasts, this video shows our desktop Taig 2000LE mill cutting the ABS plastic stock. Our pillars and assembly plates for the switch panels are machined on our Milltronics MB-18 toolroom mill. Our custom panels are made on the smaller machine, trading speed for a quick setup and smaller mess to clean! ;)
