The problem is you have windows 7, the game is going on xp ore vista!!!

[go to C:/ProgamFiles\CommonFiles And click installshield then driver so you will found 9 there
click 9 click intel 32 then click IDriver] I hope it helps

i had the same problem, but you only have to open "autorun.exe" and then update the game.
then it should work. ;)
