its funny how the usa funded them just because at the time the usa hated the soviets. so the us used the rebels to fight the russians so the us wouldn't have to
-
TBH those guerrilla fighters did an impressive job.
They saw Russian weakness and exploited it, exploited moral drain like high losses and used the terrain to help them.

@bassetter1 yeah, something like that, doesnt mean you cant use your lefty hand of course.
-
@ilikeagent047 Is it true that moslem consider the left hand haram (unclean) because you use it to wipe your ass with it ? or are there some other explanation?

@topperheartramada but that will casuse a bigger war tho.

@ali1akram why not use knowledge for the betterment of all mankind cause all the crap thats going on now isn't working. if this continues every religion will go out along with every race. what type of future do we have death ,destruction, money money money. no thats not the way! more like knowledge to get rid and cure every single disease, medical needs free to every one, make food available to everyone make a real future for every one where as the only problem we would have was getting old.

They should have dropped nukes on Afghanistan and spared us the trouble. It is the eternal asshole of the planet.

There are bright men saying that the very big mistake was to leave Afghanistan alone after the retreat of the soviets and open the gates to Pakistani interferences. The assassination of Massoud just prior to the 9/11 events also carries some fingerprints from ISI. Just a few bright men say that eliminating Pakistan as regional power could be a solution, however for sure the US ought to be much more with its strategic partnership for the future - I say.
@ali1akram great suggestion. start by getting rid of religion. knowledge and faith aren't good friends.
