Listen if you were smart you paid by paypal.

If so, go into Paypal and file a claim, you have 60 days from the time that you have paid. they will withdraw the money from them that instant, then hold the money until they are done investigating.

the majority of the time it comes down to you sending the item back and Paypal ends up releasing the funds to you. Issue solved

I thought maybe I had installed the part wrong instead of the part being busted, so that took some time from the 60 days from paypal. Also the seller has a message on his asking not to leave neg feedback or file a claim until youve contacted him. I tried to contact him over and over again with no response. So between that and not finding out until later that the part I ordered was broken when I got it, paypal said there was nothing they could do.

Same thing happened to me. The drive I got was broke and I emailed and called xboxslave and heard nothing back. I filed a complaint with Paypal. But they said I couldn't dispute the sale because I received the drive it didn't matter what kind of condition it was in.

@henziboy9 dude, you cant just slide a new drive in there and expect it to work, you have to flash/program it to play games or switch the chipset inside with the one is your old drive assuming it wasnt the chipset that was causing the problem...

FixYourXbox also has a video to explain how to succesfully replace a DVD drive so watch the whole video and make sure to be careful with the cables and to plug them correctly in your new drive cuz if you dont it wont work properly

If you guys dont wanna buy from him just go on fkin eBay or smtg cuz they sell at the same damn price and if youre lucky you might just get a faster shipping and all you gotta know is your drive brand. if you want a good seller on eBay look for "ecmonster". he sells xbox 360 dvd drives for the same price or less and the customer service is impeccable, I never had any problems with them and they always answered my messages the same day or the following one.

I love how people either hate on videos or just invent their own fucked up story to go with the flow, I dunno why you guys have to lie like this, I mean Trey Moe is pretty honest in my opinion, thanks to him I got my Xbox repaired and I followed everything he said to the letter
