This song reminds me of Christmastime during my childhood years. It also makes me appreciate my parents because one of these days I am going to spend Christmas "Without them" when they are gone, and it will be a hard thing for me to deal with because I have never spent 1 Christmas without them. I had this entire tape that I listened to every Christmas while decorating my tree.

As far as I know it was never available on VHS Tape or DVD but came out on CD and Casette Tape only.

I still have the original taping of this off the tv in 1984. Mum played it over and over every Xmas since I was 9yrs old to well into my 20's. As kids, my Brother, Sister and I moaned every year it was put on as we were so sick of listening to it...But... as I've got older it's now not Xmas without it!! I've only been listening to it for 27 years now and still love it. This one's my all time fav x x

This song and this whole cd brings back childhood memories. My Christmas morning always consisted of the family sitting and listening to this cd. My parents split when I was only 12 years old, so I only have 12 years of memories as a complete family. Then I lost my father to a massive heart attack only 7 years later. I'm now 33 years old I also have a 10 year daughter and i've been able to rekindle those old memories. Merry Christmas all and happy new years.

Why oh why, don't they release this TV Special on DVD. It is one of the best ever. This particular routine is so special and means so much to The Radio Venus. Many people will not be able to be with those they love this Christmas - and for all of you, with tears in the eyes, this song is for you. Especially dedicated to Joy (Tisms) and all our friends and family in the UK.
