i'm in the middle of day 8 today. i started just a few days before y'all. how's your progress?? are you both still on it?

still on it...more vids to come...we're truckin' along...day 1 and 2 we're a piece of cake for me (jackie)...kristen was super-tired though...she's upping her doses of Lemonade drinks and water...let us know how your days went...how were your day 3 and day 4

my days are going pretty well. at this point i'm a little bored of the program honestly. my friends going out to dinner - going to a bar - blah, blah, blah...and here i am...still making my lemonade!! :-P

but i'm definitely glad i did this, and i KNOW i'll have no regrets in just a couple more days when i get to start eating solid foods again. but other than a little boredom - this was pretty easy and a fun self-challenge.
