The chronicles of the Mona Shores Choir as they travel through Europe. Singing, gypsies, more singing, and awkwardly funny sexual innuendos round out these recordings. Not too sure why I thought a mini-tape recorder was a cool thing...but in retrospect I'm not complaining! Make sure you go back to the beginning of the clips and listen to Gilana say her number, "2", during roll call, and take a moment to remember the great times we had with her on that trip. I, for one, know my experience would have been completely boring without her there!
I was the busdriver on Bus number 1.
Lots of good Memories on this tour.

I was with the choir's tour in 1975 (Mr. Frizzell). I remember some of our awkward moments. One was when our host families in Belgium gave us sandwiches made with what we thought was lunch meat made of horse meat....we girls gladly traded with the boys for their sandwiches made with cheese.
