A lot of people have been asking me what I have been eating that has helped me lose and keep off 45 pounds, so i'm going to be sharing some of the recipes that I use now and will continue to keep the weight off and above all...be healthy. Oh ok well good luck with your weight loss. Me and my husband is still trying to decide if we want to get it. Some people says that it works but some say that it does not work and we don't want to waste our money.

@Mrsseabrook2010 The main things is to watch intake with any diet that you are on. If you watch your intake then you don't need anything more because you're body will be burning more calories then you are consuming and basically you lose weight. It's the best way possible.

@Mrsseabrook2010 No I haven't reached it yet. I am going to continue eating healthy with only natural foods and whole grains to continue losing weight. About 2 months ago i started gaining weight back, but now have managed to lose that and more too just by eating healthy. I normally have a vegetable with every meal, and I don't calorie count or anything like that. I just watch what I eat. If I start to want to grab something unhealthy i simply choose something else. Thanks 4 watching :)
