When they started implementing video screens and pre-filmed segments, that's when it all started going downhill....

Seeing this ad, as well as all the other vintage CECPTT commercials, makes me wish I had been born at least 10-20 years earlier so I could have experienced it. Between the arcade, the food, the animatronics, and everything else, I bet I would've had a fantastic time there. I also love the original Chuck E. Cheese with the derby, checkered vest, and bow tie. Kinda reminds me of an old 1930s-era movie comedian.

I am well aware of the history, and eventual merging of the two chains. However they were never ShowBiz Pizza during my childhood. I lived on the west coast.
