  • @pbruce LOL I see what you did there!

VEGA, SUNWARRIOR or RAW all 3 have different benefits, and all 3 are 100 percent vegan

If your trying to build mass research: Robert Cheeke, Ed Bauer, Kenneth Williams, Giacomo Marciano, all Vegan Body Builders.

Make sure your getting 1.5 gram of protein per pound of body fat PER DAY. Meaning if you weigh 200 pounds you need 250 grams protein.

Other notable vegans: Mac Danzig, Mike Tyson, Karl Lewis, Bill Clinton

  • @sflat8 They are being healthyer,

  • @sflat8 The reason he says you can use regular milk is because not everybody is a vegan. It's just advice, cause at the and of the day you can do whatever the FUCK YOU WANNA DO

  • @CreatingMagic pretty sure they do, they do in the uk at least

  • this thread has the most noob vegan questions ever...

  • Everything is great except for the protein powder. That stuff is too unnatural. It doesn't matter if it's soy or whey, neither are good for you. Otherwise a naturally good carbohydrate rich smoothie for energy and endurance.

  • @sflat8 I get what you are saying but soetimes is for animals rights
